Payment Information
Deposit:
- $50 non-refundable deposit is required up front to hold the date, this will go towards the total price of the cake
- 50% of the total cost of the order will be paid at the time of finalizing the contract (at least 1 month before)
- The remaining balance is required 1 week prior to your wedding

Wedding Cake Timeline
6-12 months prior
Once you have your wedding date and reception site finalized, we can start discussing cake details. If you would like to get a general idea of pricing and what I can and cannot do, feel free to email me a picture of the cake you want with the date of your event and the number of servings and I will send you pricing details.
* If you would like to hold your wedding date but don’t know details yet, you can place a $50 save the date deposit that will go towards the final price of your cake order.
3-6 months prior
Now that details are more set in stone, consultations should be completed during this time frame. For $50 upon scheduling, I can meet with you for an hour to go over a general idea of pricing and details of your wedding. Here, I can provide up to 3 flavors for you to try. I can take consultation appointments after 5pm on weeknights and most Saturdays or Sundays.
At least 1 month prior
50% of the total cost of the order will be paid once the contract is completed and approved by you.
1 week prior
The remaining balance of your wedding cake is due. Details should be finalized and the guest count should be confirmed to ensure the correct amount of cake or cupcakes to be delivered. Cake stand rental should be finalized at this point as well.
Wedding Day

Monday after Wedding
If you rented a stand, it will need to be returned by the Monday after the wedding.
* If the stand comes back damaged or doesn't get returned, I will charge the full amount needed to replace it.
